Morning session will be collaborative time in one of the three focus areas we have agreed to work on as a team this year:
- New Teacher Support
- Alternative Forms of PD
- Measuring Impact of PD
Designing and delivering valuable professional learning for everyone else….In our afternoon together we will explore the challenges and rewards of supporting our paraprofessional and non-instructional support staff. RISD will share current ways they are providing learning opportunities and invite other districts to share their needs and successes to meet the professional learning goals of ALL employees.
