This Friday’s Meeting!

Greetings friends!

We’re so excited to host LFNTX in Richardson ISD this Friday, May 13th! We will meet from 9:00 am-3:00 pm and break for lunch 11:30 am-1:00 pm. If you have not already, please RSVP here to help with planning.

We will engage in learning at the LV Berkner High School STEM Academy located at 1600 E Spring Valley Rd, Richardson, TX 75081 (specifically in the STEM Center on the 2nd floor). Please do not park in the front circle drive.  Please have your ID handy for rapid check-in at the front office. The STEM center will be located behind the main office up a flight of stairs.

We’ll spend the morning of our last meeting in our POPs (Problems of Practice) and uploading artifacts for group share. Our afternoon will consist of 2 chunks. The first chunk of time will allow for a deep dive into our new Learning Forward National Standards using a protocol. The goal is to collectively process our new standards and devise a plan to share with others within our learning organizations. The second chunk will consist of a mini Richardson ISD Showcase around our Professional Learning New Hire Shift to “Just in Time Professional Learning”.

We look forward to seeing everyone in Richardson ISD on Friday! Have a wonderful week colleagues!
